Order Processing Time

All orders require printing and tailoring before shipment. This production process takes 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and holidays) before the order is dispatched.

Tracking details will be sent via email within 3 business days after order processing is completed.
Important: Our fulfillment team operates Monday to Friday only. Orders placed late Friday or over the weekend will begin processing the following Monday.
Delivery Timeframes
Orders placed on gearsaint.com are printed and tailored on demand and shipped from one of our fulfillment facilities based on product type, availability, and production capacity.
Delivery estimates begin after printing and tailoring are completed.

Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days
Delivery Delays & Compensation
If your order is delivered more than 7 days later than the estimated delivery window:

40% refund will be issued to the original payment method
Exclusions: Delivery delay compensation does not apply during:
- Peak shopping seasons (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or late November…)
- U.S. public holidays
- Carrier disruptions beyond our control
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout
Undeliverable or Refused Shipments
Orders that are:

Refused by the recipient

Not collected after carrier notification

Returned due to address issues
are not eligible for reshipment or refund.
Pickup-Required Areas: Some regions require customers to pick up parcels from a local carrier office. If this applies, we will notify you by email. Failure to collect the package may result in return or disposal by the carrier, for which gearsaint.com is not liable.
Important: Customers are fully responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses.
